  1. From Asparagus to Zucchini: A Guide to Cooking Farm-Fresh Seasonal Produce (Paperback)
by Madison Area Community Supported Agriculture Coalition (Author) is a great book with tons of wonderful recipes and information regarding storage of many of the veggies one gets through a CSA or at the Farmer’s Market. Many of the recipes include spices or other ingredients that wouldn’t fit into a diet of someone who is eating 100% local, but you can make substitutions and get ideas.
